What can getinshapetomarry.com do for me?
We can tailor an exercise program to your specific needs as you prepare for your wedding day. We take into account your busy lifestyle in the lead up to your big day and design the program specifically around this. As a result we optimise your training schedule helping you to achieve your goals. Also our central philosophy is to immerse activity into your lifestyle rather than just an hour a day in a conventional program. Therefore we analyse your daily routine looking to introduce additional activities ensuring that your caloric expenditure is optimised throughout your day.
How exactly does the process work?
This depends on the program that you have chosen. For the Delux program or Personalised Exercise Plan once we have received the relevant information from you online, medically permitting, we will design and forward on your progam to you within 3 working days. You will receive a copy of your personalised program including pictures and description of the various exercises, as well as diet and nutrition advice where relevant. Then simply follow your program and look forward to achieving your goals!
If you choose one of our Supreme programs, medically permitting, you can download your program straight away and begin the process to a new you!
What benefits are there in subscribing to one of your programs?
The benefits are manifold depending on the goals that you highlight as important. These include weight loss, increased metabolism, increased muscle tone, muscle hypertrophy, decreased body fat, and increased energy. However there are unique benefits in subscribing to getinshapetomarry.com. Specifically the optimisation of your limited time leading up to your wedding. We recognise that in the lead up to your big day you have a multitude of tasks to complete and, as such, a multitude of stressors. We ensure that your exercise program is optimal so that it is easy to follow, implement and does not take up excessive amounts of time. We ensure all of the above whilst at the same time maximising your chances of achieving your all-important goals.
What program should I choose?
There are several program choices that you can choose from and your choice will depend entirely on your own individual circumstances. Our Supreme programs offer 10 different options that you can choose from, that are ready to implement immediately. Alternatively, you may wish to receive a personalised program as you plan for the big day. If so then the Delux program is the one for you and is specifically customised around your lifestyle and specific needs in the lead up to the wedding. If you don’t have a wedding to prepare for and are simply looking to optimise your exercise routine then choose our Personal Exercise Plan.
Do I need access to equipment?
You do not need access to equipment to engage in one of our programs. Depending on your circumstances we will design a program around your individual needs and requirements.
Do I need to be a member of a gym?
You do not need to be a member of a gym to avail of our services. We design home based programs as well as gym based programs. The emphasis is on ensuring that you have ownership and control over your program and, most importantly, that you are comfortable with it.
What qualifications do you possess?
All programs are specifically designed by Michael Toland who holds a
Primary Degree and Masters Degree in the Sport/Fitness areas. Additionally Michael has also accrued certification in the Personal Training/Strength & Conditioning domains. High levels of professionalism and highly qualified staff are an essential component of getinshapetomarry.com’s service delivery. Please view our ‘About Us’ page for further details on the qualifications and experience of the staff.
How long does the program last for?
All programs are for 12 weeks in duration and are split into three 4-week phases. As such when you subscribe to a program you will receive a schedule for 12 weeks.
What are my options if I want to continue my program after 12 weeks?
If you decide to continue then you can subscribe for a further 12 weeks without any problem. We will take into account progress that you have made to date ensuring that you optimise your gains.
Is there a minimum time period before my wedding that I need to begin one of your programs?
There is not a minimum time period as such, however we do recommend that you allow yourself 8 – 12 weeks in order to give yourself a realistic chance of achieving discernible results.
Will medical conditions preclude me from engaging in a program?
No, not necessarily. All prospective clients are required to complete a medical screening form and on the basis of this information we can determine whether you may need to consult your GP/medical practitioner for medical clearance to engage in exercise.
How do the Consultations work?
You can arrange an Expert Consultation with the founder of getinshapetomarry.com, Mick Toland, by going to the Expert Consultation page. You can check availability online from a range of dates and times on our Online Calendar and choose the time that suits your schedule best. The consultation is interactive and carried out via MSN messenger or Skype. As such you need to have access to one of these. You can use the consultation to put any questions to Mick in relation to your program including progress, concerns, exercise technique issues, and any changes that you wish to implement. Additionally, Mick will make further recommendations in order to optimize your progress. Thus, a consultation can add a significant dimension to the process, helping you to ensure that you maximize your chances of achieving your goals.
